Job Description
The Assistant Head of Junior School supports day-to-day operations and provides curriculum leadership. Key responsibilities include promoting teaching excellence and managing academic programs Kindergarten to Year 4. This consultative role involves collaborating with teachers and executive staff to meet student needs and acting for the Head of Junior School when required.

Key Responsibilities
Inspire and drive the development and implementation of an innovative Junior School curriculum that is rigorous, challenging and relevant to the needs of the students in compliance with NESA requirements
Maintain responsibility for the direct supervision of curriculum and teaching programs across Kindergarten to Year 4.
Support the Head of Junior School in the day to day running of the campus.
