Job Description
The Director of Staffing is responsible for developing, managing, and influencing the operational delivery of human resources and related compliance functions within Lindisfarne. They are tasked with ensuring Lindisfarne is best placed to attract and retain high-quality staff, while embedding strategies that foster a safe and supportive workplace for all staff and students.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Human Resource Leadership
Maintain Human Resource policies and procedures
Oversee the recruitment and selection process
In conjunction with the School Executive, manage disciplinary and grievance matters
Together with members of the School Executive, manage staff training programs
Oversee all child protection and safeguarding policies
Collaborate with the Executive team to create strategic programs that promote the School’s culture and improve the effectiveness of the School for staff

Administrative Efficiency: Demonstrated capability in streamlining HR operations and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across the organisation.

Salary will be commensurate with the successful applicant's skills, qualifications and experience, based on the Independent Schools NSW Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
