Job Description
The Administrator – Partnerships supports the work of the Head of Professional Practice, Innovation and Partnerships (HoPP), with a particular focus on advancing the school’s strategic partnerships and related academic initiatives.
This role plays an important part in enabling programs that connect the School with tertiary institutions, industry, and community organisations. It involves planning, coordination, and communication across a variety of partnership projects and academic activities, with a strong emphasis on logistics, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail.
The position offers flexibility to work over 5 days for 30.4-hours per week during school term time. The salary range is pro-rata $81,875-85,011 per annum, excluding superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HoPP including calendar and meeting management, record-keeping, and project coordination.
Support the planning and administration of partnership and networking events, professional workshops, and academic showcases.
Liaise with internal and external partners, including universities, training providers, and strategic organisations.
